To launch the next phase of SOSALA, I was approached by the founders to shape a brand and PR strategy designed to take the label from a breakout newcomer to an established lifestyle brand with cultural weight. Known for its ethically sourced uniform basics, SOSALA had already built momentum through sell-out drops and influencer buzz, but needed a more defined identity and positioning to scale.

I proposed a refined brand mission, identity and tone of voice, alongside a hard-launch campaign rooted in drop culture. The strategy introduced punchy, guerrilla-style activations, cultural collaborations, and tactical gifting designed to build hype, drive engagement, and establish SOSALA as a modern uniform for all of life’s seasons. While conceptual at this stage, the work provided a clear roadmap for growth and a vision for how SOSALA could cement itself as a culturally relevant mainstay.
